The World Premiere of Engagement will be held in Port Elizabeth on Saturday 9 April 2005 at the PE Opera House. This beautiful venue seats 660 and is the oldest theatre in operation in South Africa. The Premiere will be a relatively exclusive event with the primary purpose to honour those who have been involved in making the movie. Local and national media, government officials and special guests will be invited. Ticket give-aways through radio stations, newspapers and magazines will be one of the ways to gain access although a limited number of tickets will be made available for sale to the public.
